From the traditional break-fix on demand service, through to our comprehensive ‘gold’ Service Level Agreement (SLA) to cover any eventuality, we are confident we can tailor a package to suit your business and your budget.

Support is provided by telephone, email and through on-site visits. Remote management software is used to help with remote support. We provide various levels of support for businesses with standalone and/or networked machines and peripherals. We also offer the traditional break/fix service which is available for businesses with smaller IT support requirements.
