Gordons Solicitors

Gordon’s, located in a multi-tenant office building in Guildford, was rapidly outgrowing the existing technical infrastructure, which included an on-site shared server. The firm required a more advanced, bespoke service to meet the growing needs of the company’s dual office location.

Global Tax Network

Global Tax Network needed to carry out a complete overhaul of their existing IT infrastructure, spanning two UK offices in Guildford and London. With the Guildford office suffering repeated power cuts affecting both offices, it was essential the old system was replaced, with the existing onsite equipment solution taken offsite. Fast access to tax software programs with common databases was required, with the added challenge of relatively slow internet connections to overcome. In addition, they wanted to have a fast and fully supported system that could be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection.

Plant Designs

The Plant Designs team was split between office-based staff and maintainers, who were continually on the road with no access to computer systems. Communication between office and maintainer staff was poor, with the office team struggling to manage and task the maintainers. They needed a more efficient and effective way of managing the entire business processes, including organising customer information and streamlining the sales process.

Pure Innovation

Pure Innovation needed an improved solution to host its clients web projects, wanted a great deal of flexibility around their choice of platforms and environments, without the associated costs that traditionally accompany such flexibility.

The Quantic Group

The Quantic Group had very specific needs, requiring the relocation of their office setup from a shared managed office to an office with an independent infrastructure.

Teikyo Foundation

The school occupies a large physical site of over 20 acres, containing a number of other specialist schools within the same site. With no existing technical infrastructure and limited budgets in comparison to the challenges presented, the school had an immediate requirement to improve upon its existing IT setup, which comprised of only five PCs and a home broadband internet connection.

Total Environmental Management

Total Environmental ManagementTEM came to us with an ageing phone system, suffering from numerous problems caused by a limited number of lines to handle incoming and outgoing calls, no direct dial telephone lines, no caller ID, limited control over which phones ring for an incoming call (ring rules), expensive call and line rental charges and unreliable handsets with poor sound quality.
