The Business Challenge
With a planned office move and the existing business telephony system, both line rental and call charges, supplied by a relatively expensive BT feature line, Pure Innovation needed to review their telephone system and ensure they had a working phone system for the new office. The company wanted an enterprise phone system, the ability to use the telephone system from home when needed and maintain the existing fax line.
The Centric Approach
We carried out an in-depth assessment of both current and future needs, how the client’s business works and their current business telephony usage patterns. We offered a wide range of handset options and provided a demonstration to make the decision-making process easier. We analysed recent phone bills to establish the most cost effective billing package.
The Centric Solution
We provided a VoIP business telephony system through our partnership with leading system provider Gradwell, meaning Pure Innovation didn’t need an on-site VoIP server. We installed the system and worked closely with the Operations Manager to set up the system to work with the business’ processes and working practices, to give the company the most efficient and relevant functionality. We provided training for all staff and, in addition, set up fax-to-email to negate the need for an analogue fax line.
Results
The provided solution has resulted in cost savings across line rental, call charges and fax services. The solution gave the company better telephony functionality and improved business continuity, with the VoIP solution ready for a disaster recovery procedure should it be required.
