The Business Challenge

Also Home were planning an office move and as the company was leaving a fully serviced office, required an entirely new IT infrastructure at the new office, which also needed to be fully functional on move-in day. The company’s requirements included new phones and phone system, internet connectivity and all physical setup, such as cabling.

We carried out an extensive review and analysis of the client’s requirements, holding a consultation period where we assisted the client in establishing their actual needs based on their business processes and day-to-day functioning. Centric IT worked in close collaboration with Also Home to create a timeline that met with the company’s office move schedule. We also worked to identify an optimum solution that would scale with the company’s growth and provide a long term cost effective solution.

The Centric Solution

Centric IT provided Also Home with the entire infrastructure for their new office, timed to provide a smooth transition on move day. The final solution included phone supply, phone setup, all physical infrastructure including cabling, comms unit and internet connectivity. We configured the phone system to meet the business’ working practices and provided training for all staff members on the use of the system.

Results

The installation was carried out quickly and efficiently, giving a smooth transition for the client on move day. The provided infrastructure has allowed for simple and easy up-scaling as Also Home’s business grows, giving long term cost savings.
